At The Jaipur Art, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible. 

1. Exchange Policy:

• We offer an exchange policy within 24 HOURS of the date of delivery.
• The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
• The customer must ship the product(s) back to us. 
• ₹. 200/- reverse pick-up charges for Top/mini dress and ₹. 300/- reverse pick-up charges for rest of items.
• The exchange will happen only once.
• The exchange must be initiate to us within 24 Hours from the date you received the parcel.
• To initiate the exchange process, you can contact us at thejaipurart@gmail.com.
• Exchanged products will be delivered after receiving exchange item, you will receive new exchange item within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Return Policy:

• Please note that we do not offer return policy under any circumstances.

3. Refund:

• We do not refund any amount.
